No. Our online pricing tool replaces all previous price lists. As of January 1, 2026, we are taking another step towards a paperless way of working, in line with our sustainability ambitions.
More importantly, the pricing tool actively supports your sales process. It allows you to explore products together with your customer, configure options step by step, and immediately see compatible finishes and accessories. This reduces the risk of errors, avoids back-and-forth, and helps you guide your customer with confidence, using always up-to-date information.
No login is required. The pricing tool is publicly accessible at pricelist.extremis.com and can be consulted on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. This makes it easy to access prices and product information anytime, anywhere.
No. A stable internet connection is required to use the pricing tool. The first time you open it, loading may take a little longer. Once the cookies are stored, navigation becomes fast and smooth.
All displayed prices are recommended retail prices excluding VAT. The pricing tool is intended for professionals such as dealers, agents, architects, and designers, and showing prices excl. VAT ensures transparency and consistency across all countries.
If you need to share prices incl. VAT with your customer, simply add products to your wishlist. There you can view prices incl. VAT and generate a PDF if needed. This video shows how it works.
In the pricing tool, you’ll find an overview of quick ship options per product. These are marked with the familiar rabbit icon and indicate finishes that are available within six weeks.
For exact lead times per product and configuration, please consult the dealer portal. A login is required. If you don’t have access yet, you can request it via info@extremis.com
You can add your selected products to your wishlist in the pricing tool, generate a PDF, and send it to orders@extremis.com
If you have access to the dealer portal, you can continue to place orders there as usual. The dealer portal also allows you to configure products, consult prices, and check lead times.
Extremis is in the middle of a digital transformation. Our goal is to gradually evolve the pricing tool into a fully integrated dealer platform. At this moment, we are in a transition phase. While this means working with two platforms for now, we are confident this step-by-step approach will lead to a clearer, more efficient, and more sustainable workflow for everyone.
